Why the new website?

The Apothicom Team is thrilled to present its all-new website. We designed it to better satisfy your needs and reflect the growth of our company.

After 10 years of loyal service, our website needed an extensive update. The new design is modern and intuitive, making your browsing experience smoother and easier.

We wished to improve the user experience by optimising each page to facilitate access to the information and services you need, but also to ensure the website's compatibility with all platforms: computers, tablets, and smartphones.

We saw this launch as an opportunity to roll out new features to simplify your requests for information and quotes, to help you place your orders, and to provide you with all of the knowledge on harm reduction that we have accrued thanks to over 30 years of experience in France and worldwide.

What has changed?

Our new website offers significant improvements that make every step easier and enrich your online experience. New features include:

• An improved online account that allows you to manage every step of your orders and provides access to your documents (history, invoices, quotes, etc.)
• The ability to instantly and independently generate quotes
• A blog full of relevant information on harm reduction and advice on how to use our products

Of course, we've also enhanced our other features, for smoother order placement, quicker purchases, and better access to our online resources to develop your knowledge of harm reduction practices.

I. You already have an online account

Update your password (Private Customers + Professional Customers)

If you already had an account on our original website, you can easily recover it. For security reasons, you simply need to reset your password:
1. Click on the "Account" icon
2. Click on "Sign in"
3. Click on "Forgot password"
4. Enter the email address associated with your account, and click on "Reset password"
5. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password

II. You are a new customer or have never ordered from the website

Create a new Private Customer account

Apothicom has made it easy to create a "Private Customer" account:
1. Click on the "Account" icon
2. Click on "Create an account"
3. Fill out the required information and click on "Create an account"

Create a new Professional Customer account

If you are already an Apothicom customer but you do not have an account on our website, refer to the following section (Link your Professional Customer account)
To create a Professional Customer account and enjoy our dedicated services:
1. Click on the "Professional Customers" tab
2. Click on "Professional Customer accounts"
3. Fill out the required information
4. Confirm your request and await our validation

Your request will be processed with the utmost care. Our teams will examine the information provided and finalise the creation of your account as quickly as possible, so that you can enjoy all the benefits of our professional offers.

Link your Professional Customer account

Click on the menu under the "Professional customers" tab
1. Click on "Professional Customer accounts"
2. Click on "Click here" after the sentence "If you are already an Apothicom customer
but you do not have an account on our website"
3. Fill out the required information
4. Click on "Link Apothicom account"

Your request will be processed with the utmost care. Your account will be linked as quickly as possible, so that you can enjoy all the benefits of our professional offers.

III. How to generate a quote

On our new website, you can independently generate quotes in just a few minutes.
1. Add the tools you wish to purchase to your cart
2. Click on "Cart" in the top-right corner of the screen
3. Click on "Create a quote"
4. Fill out the required information then click on "Generate a quote"
5. Download the quote on the following page
6. Click on the "Account" icon to find all your quotes under "Quotes"

IV. How to modify a quote or transform a quote into an order

1. Click on the "Account" icon
2. Click on "Quotes"
3. Find the quote in question, and click on "Modify/Confirm"
4. Modify the quote if necessary, or transform the quote into order via the payment
screen

V. How to place an order

An account (Private Customer or Professional Customer) is required to place an order:
1. Click on the "Our tools" menu to access the online store
2. Select the type of needs or tools
3. Select and click on the tool(s) required
4. Choose the quantities required (+/- buttons)
5. Click on "Add to cart"
6. Once all of the tools have been added, click on "Cart" in the top-right corner
7. To finalise the order, click on "Proceed to payment" or click on "Create a quote" to request a quote.

VI. How to place a quick order

Our website offers a quick order option, allowing you to save time:
1. Click on the "Professional Customers" tab
2. Click on "Quick order"
3. Choose the tools and quantities required (+/- buttons)
4. Click on "Add to cart"
5. Once all of the tools have been added, click on "Cart" in the top-right corner
6. To finalise the order, click on "Proceed to payment" or click on "Create a quote" to request a quote.
