Cancellation request form

This form can be used to issue a cancellation request.
This request must be submitted within the 14-day cooling-off period following the date of receipt.
Please fill out the form carefully to ensure that your request can be properly processed.

Submission procedures

The form can be submitted online; you will be notified of its receipt via email. Alternatively, the form can be sent via registered letter. The date on which the email was sent or the postmarked date on the letter shall serve as proof.

Returns

The products concerned must be returned within 14 days of submitting the cancellation request. All returned products must be in their original condition and their original packaging. The cost of return shipping for the products concerned shall be borne by the customer at their own risk.

Refunds

Refunds, excluding shipping costs, shall be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products in their original condition.
