Description

Le Sterifilt BASIC est un filtre membranaire stérile, à usage unique. Il se fixe sur la seringue et permet d’éliminer les particules insolubles de la préparation à injecter, grâce à sa membrane 10 µm.

Son petit diamètre (10mm) fait du Sterifilt BASIC un filtre particulièrement adapté pour la filtration de poudres. Si le produit semble trop visqueux (médicament écrasé…), le Sterifilt FAST pourrait être plus adapté.

Objectif

Réduire les risques liés à l’injection de particules insolubles (dégâts veineux, complications pulmonaires…).

Mode d'emploi

Emboiter la seringue dans le Sterifilt BASIC

Ouvrir le blister du Sterifilt sans le sortir totalement du blister. Ne jamais toucher la membrane avec ses doigts

Avec une seringue à aiguille sertie :

Emboiter la seringue dans le Sterifilt
Faire tourner le Sterifilt dans la seringue en appuyant légèrement
Avec une seringue Omnican : enfoncer jusqu’à sentir un clic

Avec une seringue à aiguille détachable :
La filtration se fait sans aiguille !

Emboiter la seringue dans le Sterifilt
Faire tourner le Sterifilt dans la seringue en appuyant légèrement

Placer le Sterifilt dans la solution. L’incliner légèrement pour éviter un effet ventouse
Aspirer lentement le produit
Retirer le Sterifilt
Avec une seringue à aiguille détachable : fixer l’aiguille sur la seringue une fois le filtre retiré

Précautions d’emploi

Usage unique, ne pas réutiliser : risque de contamination par des bactéries.

Ne jamais partager son filtre : risque de contaminations virales (VIH, VHC).
